People’s Choice Awards differ from almost every other entertainment awards show in that it allows fans to vote for the person or project that they believe earned it this year. It also boasts more targeted categories, including the animal star of 2020, top podcast and the style star of 2020.
After a stunning sweep at the 2020 Emmys, “Schitt’s Creek” earned another 4 award nominations for People’s Choice, including two for creator and star Dan Levy.
Meanwhile, a longtime staple of the awards, “Grey’s Anatomy,” earned five while teen drama’s “Riverdale” and “Outer Banks” earned four and five nominations respectively.
The 2020 People’s Choice Awards air on Nov. 15, but voting closes on Oct. 23. Fans can take to the voting categories right now to select their favorites across 44 categories.
